Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are very useful and we like to use text-messaging to contact patients because it is discreet and confidential. Please ensure you let reception have your mobile number and remember to inform us if you change your number.
However, please do not use mobile phones in the surgery. It is discourteous to other patients and to the doctors and staff who do not wish to be party to your personal calls.
Ensure your mobile phone is switched off or on silent when in the surgery. If you receive or wish to make a call please go into the porch.
Please note that if you are using your mobile phone when your appointment is called the doctor may decline to see you.
